Haircuts!
I figured it was time to let the boys keep some hair so I took them into Studio 7 today instead of buzzing it all off myself (the only cut I do)--they look like little men, I love it!

Update
A lot has happened in the few months since I've posted...Todd graduated from Police Academy on January 10th and it has been SO nice to no longer be a single mom during the week! He is liking his job as a police officer but looks forward to the end of his FTO (field training) where he'll finally be on his own. That will happen in the next week or two. This week he turns 31--can't believe we're on the back side of 30 already. He looks forward to the upcoming softball season as his schedule should allow for more play than last season. Grady is gearing up for Kindergarten Round-up later this month. Hard to believe he'll be in kindergarten next year--that should be interesting! I think he'll love it--he loves doing "assignments" and "homework" that I give him at home. I just do not know if he'll be able to keep his crazy thoughts and comments to himself! We missed spring soccer sign ups which I have felt really guilty about because he talked about soccer all winter long but he will start Pee Wee ball (t-ball) this month. The other day Grady drew a couple of pictures and taped them to my door and said , "mom, those are so you'll miss me when I go to college.l. I guess this kid has started planning for college--works for me! Reggie has gained so many teeth these last two months that I haven't been able to keep track--he seriously went from two to like twelve. So he has had some rough days. He keeps us busy--more busy than Grady did, which I would have never thought was possible. He tries so hard to keep up with his brother and does a surprisingly good job of it most of the time. He's finally started to talk a little more--now saying things like ball, shoes, mine, and uh huh. Even with his limited vocabulary he has an amazing way of communicating what he wants and definitely shows his personality. He makes some of the craziest faces and has some tricks he plays with his eyes. Both of our boys LOVE their grandparents and ask to visit them daily. We are so lucky to live close to both sets. They also both love being outside and most of the time that is the only time I can get Reggie off my hip or lap. I have had a good and fast school year, and am so thankful for a relaxing Spring Break with my boys. We have four weeks or so of important testing when I get back from the break but after that I'll be fabulous. I've taken a new job as the computer lab specialist next year and look forward to something new and exciting and less work for me after school hours. There will definitely be things that I'll miss from my fifth grade teaching job too, though. We are having a great 2012 so far!
